Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored by METAdrasi throughout its operation or until the expiry of the period that is imposed by the legal provisions regarding the retention of personal data at METAdrasi’s files.

Your rights

You have the right to receive by METAdrasi confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed and in this case, you retain the right to gain access to this data and all data related to the processing, such as the recipients of your personal data, the period of time your data will be stored etc.

You retain the right to ask for a copy of your personal data that is being processed, ask for the correction of inaccurate personal data, ask for its deletion and ask the termination of the processing of your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used form and recognizable by machines. You have the right to transmit your personal data to other processors without permission by METAdrasi, to ask the direct transfer of your personal data from METAdrasi to other processors as long as it is technically possible, to oppose at any time to the processing of your personal data for commercial purposes, to recall your consent at any time, to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
